MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER SHOWS IT'S STILL IN THE USA.

We shipped your order same or next business day and it leaves our country typically three days later from Chicago. 

If your tracking shows your parcel departed a city like Chicago or somewhere on the border, it's on the way to your destination. If you requested shipping by US Postal Service, you can also track your parcel on your own country's postal service website. 

Tracking will eventually update when it arrives in your country's Customs agency and will be scanned again when it leaves Customs for your local post station. Check with your local post station to find out if they can locate it by its tracking number.

This is all the info we can offer as it is out of our hands when it leaves our country. Be assured that your parcel is insured in the event it is lost or damaged but we cannot make an insurance claim until 45 days have passed.
