An email confirmation was sent to you when your order was placed. You may not receive that email confirmation if your email was entered incorrectly or it ended up in your Spam folder.
We send an email shipping notice that includes a tracking number when we ship orders by USPS. UPS and FedEx may also email shipping notice with tracking to customers.
Use the tracking links in those emails to locate your parcel. Be assured that your order is insured for damage or loss in transit.
International orders leave our country from Chicago within two days of shipping. It may take up to three weeks before the customs agency of your country scans your order to update its tracking. Your order should be scanned again after it passes custom's inspection and is transferred to your postal station for delivery.
