An email confirmation was sent to you when your order was placed. If your email was entered incorrectly, you may not receive that email confirmation.
We send an email shipping notice that includes a tracking number when we ship orders by USPS. UPS will email its own shipping notice with tracking to customers who chose UPS shipping.
Use the tracking links in those emails to locate your parcel. Be assured that your order is insured for damage or loss in transit.
International orders leave our country from Chicago within two days of shipping. It may take up to three weeks before the customs agency of your country scans your order to update its tracking. Your order should be scanned again after it passes custom's inspection and is transferred to your postal station for delivery.
