Carriers: We use United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) services exclusively.
Delivery Confirmation: Orders ship using USPS Delivery Confirmation and UPS Delivery Confirmation so a tracking number is generated for every order.
FOB or Freight on Board: Title passes to the buyer once the parcel enters the USPS and UPS system.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight, destination and the level of USPS and UPS service chosen by the customer for domestic and international delivery.
Insurance: We assume no liability for damage or loss while in transit. Free insurance is provided by the carrier for order values up to $50 for Priority, up to $100 by Priority Express, up to $100 for UPS and up to $200 for Priority International. Customers can opt-in and pay for insurance coverage. As the shipper, we will file the insurance claims on behalf of our customers in the event of order damage or loss.
