WHERE CAN I GET A 1985 GL1200 LTD OR 1986 GL1200 SEI FUEL PUMP?

This fuel pump was obsoleted by Honda but we can offer this information about this particular EFI fuel pump.

Years ago, a customer discovered the fuel pump for his fuel injected 1985 Limited was the same fuel pump for the 1985 and 1986 Honda Prelude EFI 2.2 - and $100 more expensive. Honda assigned two different OEM numbers and prices - one for the automotive sector 06167-PE7-751 and the other for the motorcycle sector 16700-ML8-751. 

When we discovered Honda obsoleted the 1985 LTD/ 1986 SEI fuel pump in 2008, we bought every last one of those Prelude fuel pumps from an American Honda dealer in Lee's Summit.

Stock ran out in 2009 but for your reference OEM 06167-PE7-751 also replaces these fuel pumps: 16700-PG6-003, 16700-PE7-747, 16700-PE7-748, 16700-PE7-749, 16700-PE7-751, 06167-PJ5-003, 06167-PE7-741.

The chances of finding the fuel pump with the automotive OEM is far greater than the Gold Wing but here are the OEM GL1200 SEI and Limited parts numbers: 16700-MG9-951 or 16700-ML8-751.
